Face to Face Counselling

I provide in person sessions at two locations in Gateshead:

Gateshead Young Women's Outreach Project

Location: 12 Gladstone Terrace, Gateshead, NE8 4DY

 

Please note: The latest appointment time at this location is 3pm.

 

This location is wheelchair accessible. Nearby on-street parking is  available. The location is a ten-minute walk from Gateshead Interchange.

Blaydon Primary Care Centre

Location: Shibdon Road, Blaydon-on-Tyne, NE21 5NW

 

Evening sessions are available at this location.

 

There is free parking, and the premises are wheelchair accessible. Blaydon is well-served by several local buses from the town centre’s interchange, as well as from the Metrocentre.

Online & Telephone Counselling

You can receive counselling without leaving your home. I have found this to be a very effective option for those who have a dedicate space at home to talk.

 

Online sessions are conducted via the VSEE app, which is highly secure, free to download, and easy to use. Upon booking your appointment, I will send you simple instructions on how to set it up.
