What you need to know
At the first session you will get to ask questions and find out more about the counselling process before deciding to commit to further sessions. It will also help me to understand more about your circumstances and what it is you are hoping to achieve from counselling.
Everything we talk about will be kept between us. There are some limits to this which will be discussed in our first appointment.
All information you share with me will be stored securely on a computer system which only I have access to.
