If this is your first appointment you will be charged a fixed fee of £45 whether you choose online, telephone or in person.

Following this, please use this page to book the service you require at a time that suits you. If the time you need is not on here please email me: selfcentrecounselling@outlook.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.

If you are here for supervision, please choose between 1 hr or 1.5 hours. We can do supervision online or for an agreed additional fee, I can come to your work space.

  • Your First Appointment

    Your first appointment is a reduced cost of £45 for you to decide if this service is right for you.

  • Face-to-Face Counselling

    Meet me in person and have your session in a room in either Blaydon or Gateshead Health Centre.

  • Online Counselling

    Have your online session via the VSEE app (free to download) or a platform of your choice.

  • Telephone Counselling

    Have the session over the phone in the privacy of your house.

    Book your supervision session online/in your work space. (Recommended fortnightly in line with BACP)
